Welcome to The Big ESL! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website ("Site") and the services provided through it (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Overview of Services

The Big ESL provides subscription-based access to teaching materials designed for ESL (English as a Second Language) teachers. Subscriptions are available on a monthly, yearly, and lifetime basis.

2. Subscription Plans and Payments

2.1 Subscription Types:

  • Monthly Subscription: Recurs every month unless canceled.

  • Yearly Subscription: Recurs every year unless canceled.

  • Lifetime Subscription: One-time payment with unlimited access to materials.

2.2 Payment Terms:

  • All payments are processed securely via Wix and Stripe.

  • Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.

  • By subscribing, you authorize The Big ESL to charge your payment method at the start of each subscription period.

2.3 Renewals and Cancellations:

  • Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

2.4 Upgrades

  • Upgrade may be done at the time of renewal. Any upgrade done during the subscription period will result in an additional charge. The current subscription MUST be canceled first or the subscriber will continue to be charged for the subscription. After the current subscription is canceled, the subscriber must subscribe to the higher level subscription on the day of normal renewal to continue.

2.5 Refunds:

  • Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

  • Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation:

  • To access materials, you must create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Account Usage:

  • Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Use of Materials

4.1 License:

  • Upon subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the teaching materials for personal and professional teaching purposes.

4.2 Restrictions:

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share materials outside of your direct teaching use.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including but not limited to teaching materials, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Big ESL or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Big ESL is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

  • The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

  • The Big ESL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our Site. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
